2. We welcome Rev David Bennett who leads worship this morning.
3. Members of the congregation who give to the church by the freewill offering scheme are advised that their envelopes for 2009 are now available in the church vestibule to be uplifted. Anyone wishing to commence contributing to the Church in this way should please contact John Wright on 251574 who will be delighted to provide details.
4. World Mission Conference Saturday 17 January 2009 in Castle Douglas Church, this year jointly with Wigtown and Stranraer Presbytery. Registration from 9.45am and cup of tea before the start at 10.15am. Various interesting and stimulating topics and presentations. Cost £3 includes lunch and £2 for those under 21. 5. Name that tune and apathy is popular! The prospect of a social evening late January on a Desert Island Disc theme has to date had an underwhelming response. Contributors are essential. Names to Tommy on 257691.
