- Christianity Explored continues Thursday November 13 at 7.30pm in the church hall; we have four weeks to go so please feel that you can still come along.
- The Gardening Club meet in the hall on Wednesday at 2pm and all are welcome to a Phileas Fogg afternoon's journey.
- Blythswood Collection is tomorrow, Monday November 10, at Tesco overflow car park 3-4pm to receive donations. Fliers in the vestibule.
- There is a meeting of the Kirk Session on Tuesday November 11 in the hall at 7.30pm.
- On November 18 the Guild are having a social evening during Guild Week. Entertainment will be The Annan Singers who are regulars at making an evening go with a swing. We welcome visitors to join us. The evening will be co-hosted with Maxwelltown West Guild. All Guilds in the Presbytery have been invited and a buffet supper will be served. Donations welcomed in support of Guild charities. Kings Bookshop will be present, also a Guild sales table. Please bring something to sell.
- Copies of 'The Word for Today' for November, December and January are available in the vestibule Suggest 50p donation.
- Christian Care for Homeless People presents Dumfries Male Voice Choir in Dumfries Baptist Church on Friday November 28 at 7.30pm Tickets £4, see Anne T.
- Tearcraft catalogues are still available if you missed Thursday evening, also Living Gifts for Christmas (one copy only).
- The Sunday Sweep: 'The People's Project' is a local initiative designed to help clean up our town and countryside whilst we are walking. It involves working together to pick up litter as we go and put it in the bin. There has been a request made to all the churches in the town that as we come and go to church we work together by tidying our streets of litter.
