Buckets of Love
Earlier in the year St Mary’s-Greyfriars’ with Caerlaverock undertook to support the Buckets of Love project being run by Blythswood Care (Christian care for body and soul).
It provided a means of showing love and practical support for families outwith Britain who have suffered much.
We give thanks that 63 filled buckets have been sent off (many more people than 63 having ben involved in filling them!) and were included in the 600 buckets sent to China, along with tents and tarpaulins to help victims of the earthquake in China.
God’s love in action.
