Worship
We extend a warm welcome to visitors with us; we hope to be a welcoming, open congregation.
When you come along please feel free to be yourself and join in where you are comfortable. If you'd like to know more about us and our faith, please read further on this website or speak to someone who welcomes you at the church door.
We meet together to worship on Sunday mornings. Our service times are:
Caerlaverock Church: 9.45-10.45am
St Mary's-Greyfriars' Church: 11.30am-12.30pm
Both churches have Sunday Schools. The St Mary's-Greyfriars' Sunday Kids meet in the church hall at 11.15am and join the rest of the church for the first part of the service before returning to the hall to learn and have fun (the adults also learn and can have fun too!). There is a "Wayfarers" group for older young people.
Other services
We meet in the church hall for "service and soup" at 12.15pm on the last Thursday of the month (except July, August and December) and we hold a 2pm service in Charnwood Nursing home on the first Sunday of the month. Everyone is very welcome at these services.
Daily Bible verse
19 I will give them an undivided heart and put a new spirit in them; I will remove from them their heart of stone and give them a heart of flesh.
20 Then they will follow my decrees and be careful to keep my laws. They will be my people, and I will be their God.
Ezekiel 11:19-20 (NIV)
